How can we help?
We’re a small team and we read every message. Most questions are answered within one business day.
Get in touch
The fastest way to reach us is email. Tell us what device you’re on and what you were doing when something went wrong — screenshots help a lot.
Typical response time: within one business day.
Managing your subscription
Sarika subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, so they’re managed in the App Store — not inside the app. To view, change, or cancel your plan:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
- Select Sarika to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their refund policy.
Restoring a purchase
Switched phones or reinstalled the app? Open Sarika, go to Settings → Restore Purchases, and sign in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with. Your plan will reactivate automatically.
Your account and data
You own your food logs and personal data. You can request a full export, or delete your account and all associated data, at any time — just email us at sales@aiminvpartners.com from the address on your account.
After a deletion request, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep certain records.
A note on accuracy
Sarika’s nutritional figures are estimates generated from photos, voice, and text using AI and public food databases. They’re meant to inform, not to prescribe. Sarika is not a medical device — always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet.
Common fixes
- Photo logging isn’t working: make sure Sarika has camera and photo permissions in Settings → Sarika.
- Not getting reminders: check that notifications are enabled in Settings → Sarika → Notifications, then revisit reminder settings inside the app.
- Something looks off: fully close and reopen the app. If it persists, email us with a screenshot.
